Laura Washburn is a devoted wife, mother, and Army veteran with an unwavering faith in God. She came to Christ while serving in the military where she discovered the transformative power of His grace. No longer in the U.S. Military, she is still a soldier in the Lords army.  God brought her and her family to her current home in Ohio for ministry where she serves as an overseer of Gathering the Remnant Ministries alongside her husband. She is committed to sharing the love of Christ through praise, worship, and the arts.

A passionate praise and worship dancer since 2012, Laura began incorporating worship flags into her ministry in 2016. Her freestyle movements, guided by the Holy Spirit, exude energy, passion, and a deep love for Jesus. Whether performing in church, at outdoor events, on a mountaintop, or even in a random park—wherever the Lord leads her—God has given her a dance style that reflects her heart for God and her desire to inspire others to embrace His limitless grace. She seizes any opportunity to freestyle dance to any Christian music that is about Jesus.

Laura’s artistic talents extend beyond dance. Her theatrical experience includes roles in productions like Anansi: Tricks, Tales, and Tattles and The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. She’s also a trained model and brand ambassador with years of promotional experience for companies like Sparkling Ice, Nissan, and General Mills. Her dedication to the arts is further evident through her training in acting, voiceovers, and runway modeling.

As a daughter of the King and servant to the Most High, Laura views praise dancing as more than a performance—it’s a lifestyle of worship that ministers to hearts wherever she goes. Her mission is to encourage others to keep God first and trust in His boundless power without any limits on what He can do! Through her testimony and artistic expression, Laura aims to glorify God and draw people closer to Him so that they, too, will experience God’s grace.
